Having to self-isolate can cause intense feelings of isolation, loneliness and despair. Right now, it’s important we all take time to look after ourselves physically and mentally. There is a lot we can all be be doing to help ourselves at home. If you find that your mental health gets worse to the point where you are struggling to cope, remember that even though you may feel alone – you are not alone.
