In the case of dissatisfaction with our fundraising activity, we will aim to deal with written complaints as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and respond within 15 working days.

We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and take proportionate action in the rare case of something going wrong. We have a culture of learning here at Advocacy Focus, and will endeavour to learn from complaints from improve our future ways of working.
