Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) can help you to support the overall health and happiness of people you support, live with or work with.

We are accredited by Mental Health First Aid England to deliver Mental Health First Aid Training for both young people and adults. Find out how we can help you to look out for the mental health and wellbeing of the children and young people you work with or your employees.

If someone was having a heart attack, chances are, you’d know what to do. You’d ring 999 and possibly deliver first aid. But what if someone was feeling depressed? Or in the midst of a mental health crisis? Would you know what to do then? Would you know how to support them, what to do – or who to call?

More and more organisations are investing in MHFA training for their employees and volunteers. The training equips people to recognise when a young person or adult is struggling with their mental health and gives them the skills to provide hands on support at a crucial time.
