Advocacy Focus on your side,
helping you to be heard

Partners

Under the Care Act 2014, local authorities have a duty to provide independent advocacy for all adults, as part of their own assessment and care planning, care reviews and advocacy support for carers. This duty also applies for those going through Safeguarding enquiries or reviews.

Advocacy Focus helps commissioners meet their statutory and non statutory advocacy requirements by working in partnership with people facing health and social care issues to ensure their voice is heard and their rights upheld.
